Janet Damyanovich

Janet Clarke Damyanovich died March 30 at Kaiser Hospital in Sacramento. She was 67.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, at New Elm Ridge Cemetery in Grass Valley.

Ms. Damyanovich was born Jan. 17, 1941, in Grass Valley to Chester and Dorothy Clarke. She attended Union Hill School and graduated from high school in Nevada County. She worked for CNA for 15 years in Nevada County and Sacramento. She enjoyed reading and watching movies.

Ms. Damyanovich is survived by her mother, Dorothy Clarke of Grass Valley; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Ken Buck of Grass Valley; daughter, Karen Demianew of Auburn; son, Romulo Reyes of Sacramento; grandson, Jonathan Demianew of Auburn; granddaughter, Octavian Reyes of Sacramento; niece, Pam Hayden and nephew, Kenny Buck.

She was preceded in death by her father, Chester Clarke and sister, Ramona Clarke.

Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of the Angels Mortuary in Grass Valley.
