- 7:06 a.m. - A business on the 1500 block of East Main Street had officers take a vandalism report for broken windows.
- 9:29 a.m. - A driver reported he accidentally hit a bicyclist on the 1000 block of Whispering Pines Drive. No injuries were reported.
- 11:51 a.m. - A business on the 600 block of Sutton Way reported a belligerent customer had just peeled out of the parking lot. The customer came back about 10 minutes later, and officers arrived to calm the situation.
- 12:10 p.m. - A woman from the 500 block of Whiting Street reported someone stole antidepressant and tranquilizing prescription drugs from her vehicle that was unlocked and had the windows rolled down.
- 12:50 p.m. - A two-vehicle accident at Brunswick Road and Sutton Way was reported. Nobody was injured.
- 2:32 p.m. - A woman from the 200 block of Joerschke Drive reported her car was keyed. Officers took a report.
- 5:56 p.m. - A man reported receiving a phone call of a sexual nature and did not know who the caller was. A call back to the number produced no results.
- 10:25 p.m. - A possible drunk driver was reported to police, who made a traffic stop on Idaho-Maryland Road and arrested a woman on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was booked into the Nevada County jail for that charge, as well as on suspicion of transporting drugs for sale and a warrant out of Sacramento County.

- 9:04 a.m. - A caller from the 14000 block of Linden Road reported an identity theft.
- 9:59 a.m. - A man from the 16000 block of Patricia Way said a driver speeding by in a truck threw a solar light onto his property.
- 10:23 a.m. - A man from the 14000 block of Dalmatian Drive reported catching a male subject breaking into his vehicle and had him cornered between two houses. Responding deputies helped him subdue the suspect.
- 12:15 p.m. - A woman in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office said she needed help apprehending and sending her friend to Hawaii.
- 12:36 p.m. - A be-on-the-lookout bulletin was issued for a man about 35 years old wearing light khaki clothing who had just robbed the U.S. Bank in Auburn.
- 1:26 p.m. - A caller from the 13000 block of LaBarr Meadows Road reported seeing a dog being beaten with a piece of wooden fencing.
- 1:29 p.m. - A caller from the 13100 block of McCourtney Road reported a burglary.
- 2:14 p.m. - A man in the lobby reported that, when he retrieved his vehicle from a wrecking yard, drug paraphernalia was inside it.

- 3:32 p.m. - A man was arrested and booked at the county jail on suspicion of evading a peace officer in a vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of drugs.
- 6:23 p.m. - A woman from the 19000 block of Siesta Drive reported her ex-fiance had just beaten her two-year-old. Officers were looking for the man.
- 7:28 p.m. - A man from the 13900 block of Sierra View Drive reported his neighbor brandished a gun at him when he asked about some fence damage.
- 11:43 p.m. - A loud party on the 13000 block of Hoot Owl Road was broken up by deputies and a keg of beer was seized as evidence.
