Golden Gate University, of San Francisco, is offering an informational session on its undergraduate and graduate programs in public administration.
Joaquin Gonzalez, Ph.D., is director of the Executive Master of Public Administration Program and will be available to answer questions about how students can advance their education.
The university offers online classes, and students may be able to apply their work experience toward academic credits.
Other representatives will be on hand to discuss class schedules, financial aid, scholarships, transferring credits and fitting classes into a schedule that accommodates day jobs.
The meeting is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday at 7 Sierra Gate Plaza, Suite 101, Roseville. To R.S.V.P., call (916) 780-1911 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Those attending can waive the university application fee.
