2:10 p.m. - A woman reported a road rage incident at Brunswick Road and Sutton Way by an elderly man who was making movements with his vehicle as if he were going to ram hers. Responding officers calmed the situation.
2:40 p.m. - A management member from an apartment complex on the 100 block of East Berryhill Drive reported an argument in a residence and asked that officers escort a person out of the building.
9:57 p.m. - Officers scattered 15 people from the roadway at Butler Street and Scadden Drive and told to stay inside for the evening.

1:26 a.m. - A traffic stop on Highway 49 at the end of the Golden Center Freeway resulted in a woman being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was booked into the Nevada County jail.
3:20 a.m. - A traffic stop at East Main and Bennett Streets resulted in a man being booked into jail on suspicion of driving under the influence.
10:28 a.m. - A business on the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a woman in the lobby harassing staff members. Responding officers got her to leave.
12:41 p.m. - A purse reportedly was stolen from a vehicle parked next to a business on McKnight Way.
1:10 p.m. - A person in the lobby reported two youths where throwing pine cones at vehicles on Mill Street. The juveniles denied it to responding officers.
8:59 p.m. - A traffic stop at Mill Street and Highway 20 resulted in a woman being charged with suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked license and possession of an open container of alcohol. The vehicle was towed.
11:53 p.m. - A man reported a fight in front of his residence on the 500 block of Walsh Street. The people fighting drove away before officers could get there.

12:57 a.m. - A caller from the 200 block of Cypress Hill Drive reported an assault and a person removed from the residence. Responding officers arrested a man for assaulting a spouse or cohabitant, sexual battery and violation of a domestic violence court order. His bail was set at $25,000.
