Kudos Beam Easy LIving center

When I hire someone to do work, I expect follow-up service on complaints. Unfortunately, integrity and customer service isn't valued by most businesses in Nevada County. I went to Beam Easy Living Center on Wednesday because occasionally the vacuum power would cut off. Jim cleaned the contacts.

I casually mentioned that I had purchased the more powerful vacuum attachment seven years ago, but haven't been able to use it because the electrician used in the building of my house, didn't prepare five of the seven vacuum outlets for this. Jim said he'd fix the problem and he did, which included cord and plug. The total cost? Free. However, it's the helpfulness that's impressive! We need more businesses like this.
