The South Yuba Club is accepting sign-ups for its Youth Conditioning Program.
This program is generally only available through a waiting list; however, there is currently space available. The program involves a series of progressive, small group circuit training sessions designed specifically for the developing athlete aged 9-14.
Sessions are led by the Fitness Director, Kevin Bennett, and are held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:15 p.m. Call 470-9100 for more information.
