Toxic board to discuss Sierra Terrace cleanup

Print Comment
Neighbors concerned about the clean up of arsenic and lead at the future Sierra Terrace subdivision in Grass Valley can direct questions to a state representative Thursday night.

A meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 15 in the Hollander Room of the Grass Valley City Hall.

A representative from the Department of Toxic Substances Control will give a brief presentation and answer questions.

The agency extended the comment period for the project to May 30 after several residents expressed concern that they were not properly notified.
