Barbara Wooley

Barbara Lynn Wooley died May 12 in Grass Valley. She was 59.

A celebration of life will be held at noon today (Wednesday, May 14) at Chapel of the Angels Mortuary in Grass Valley.

Mrs. Wooley was born Nov. 10, 1948, in Yakima, Wash., to Robert Bailey Boston and Ruth Anderson. She attended Langford High School. She married Don Wooley.

Mrs. Wooley worked at Wildwood Medical Center for 10 years. She enjoyed gardening, her grandchildren, and making people laugh.

Mrs. Wooley is survived by her husband, Don Wooley of Lake Wildwood; daughters Brenda Schaefer of Piedmont, Shelly Haxton of Oceanside, Jennifer Halbert of Lake Wildwood and Kimber Stange of Murrieta; son, Scott Wooley of Edmonds, Wash.; brother, Robert Boston of Weed; mother, Ruth Anderson of Yuma, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Boston and father, Robert Bailey Boston.

Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of the Angels Mortuary.
