The Grass Valley City Council will review a staff report and view a power-point presentation on the potential consequences of a land-use initiative at its regular meeting tonight.

The growth measure, which could be on the Nov. 3 ballot, would require a public vote whenever the city is faced with any proposed land-use changes that are not spelled out in the 2020 General Plan.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at City Hall on East Main Street.
