for final arrangements
The Steven Borland Memorial Fund has been set up at Westamerica Bank to help pay for his final arrangements.
The father of two died unexpectedly April 26 in his sleep and was cremated. Family members now are seeking funds to have the ashes placed. Donors can bring checks to the bank's branches at 375 Brunswick Road, in Grass Valley, or 11240 Pleasant Valley Road, in Penn Valley.
