Solving the world's problems

Print Comment
At the edge of the Millennium, the Dalai Lama of Tibet invited 40 of the West's leading, most innovative thinkers to his residence in the Himalayan Mountains of Northern India to discuss the world's problems and how to solve them. The unexpected and powerful footage was captured by an 18-person, five-camera film crew.

This 80-minute documentary features such thinkers as Fred Alan Wolf, Amit Goswami, Dr. Rev. Michael Beckwith and Jean Houston, representing such disciplines as quantum physics and social science.

The scenery and music are world class. Catch a glimpse online at www.dalailamafilm.com/video/DLR_trailer_v3_broadband_high.mov.

Grass Valley is one of only three locations currently scheduled in Northern California to show the film and is sponsored by both the Sierra Center for Positive Living and Sierra Friends of Tibet.
