Blotter: Juveniles nabbed for animal cruelty

6:09 p.m.Tuesday — A caller reported three juveniles were on the Banner Mountain Road overpass trying to hang something from the bridge. Deputies determined the people were throwing rats and mice over the bridge. Deputies arrested three people, ages 16, 17 and 18 on suspicion of animal cruelty and throwing obects at cars.
