Charlie Brown to hold social at Loma Rica

California 4th District Congressional candidate retired Lt. Col. Charlie Brown will hold a non-partisan event with appetizers, wine, beer and conversation from 5 to 7 p.m. at Loma Rica Ranch Thursday, May 8.

The event is meant to be casual and allow voters to get to know the candidate.
