Gold Country Stage will add a one-day-only bus stop Saturday to Route 8 to provide public transportation to the Earth Day event put on by the Loma Rica Ranch.
The extra stop will deposit riders at MacBoyle Lake off Loma Rica Drive for the event between 10:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., according to Gold Country Stage.
Riders can catch the Loma Rica Route 8 bus in downtown Grass Valley at the Church and Neal streets stop.
The Earth Day stop might make the Route 8 bus run late that day according to Susan Healy-Harman, Nevada County’s Transit Services Manager.
