The Book Seller has two events planned

Print Comment
Tonight and Friday, The Book Seller in downtown Grass Valley has authors discussing their books.

At 5 p.m. today, Rebecca Woolf presents her memoir "Rockabye: From Wild to Child," which tells about her switch from party-girl to wife and how she was ultimately successful in marrying her irrepressible spirit to motherhood.

A resident of Southern California, Woolf continues to share her experiences online with her many readers.

Friday, also at 5 p.m., Rick Deutsch shares his experience of having hiked Yosemite's Half-Dome more than 20 times in his book, "One Best Hike: Yosemite's Half Dome."

The book has more than 60 photos, history (both human and geological), maps, detailed trail description and hints on how to prepare for the trek.

The Book Seller is located at 107 Mill St., Grass Valley 272-2131.
