Saturday, Dec. 8 was a special treat for us. We live on Highway 49 just south of Alta Sierra Drive. Around 10 a.m. I started hearing the zoom zoom sounds of motorcycles heading into Grass Valley on their Toy Run.

We're up high enough to watch from our windows down to the highway. I got choked up seeing so many bikers go past with teddy bears and packages. Some had Santa suits on. Lots of kids will be blessed by their generosity. Thanks guys and gals for the pleasure of watching you whiz past our place.
