At 3:38 a.m., police arrested a 23-year-old man for violation of probation and drunken driving at the 1000 block of Sutton Way and booked him into the Nevada County jail.
At 3:16 p.m., a caller from the 100 block of South Auburn Street said a juvenile was walking in and out of the shop and had just crossed the street without looking. Officers contacted the juvenile. His family and family's attorney said he has a mental condition and is in their care.
At 5:20 p.m., a woman from the 100 block of Mill Street reported there were two juveniles skateboarding on her property. Officers contacted the juveniles and told them the rules and regulations for skateboarding.
At 6:50 p.m., a woman from the 11000 block of Nevada City Highway said her vehicle was vandalized again and that a second window was broken. Officers tried to contact her and left her messages.
At 10:15 p.m., officers arrested a 20-year -old man on the 800 block of South Auburn Street for driving with a suspended license and possessing a hypodermic needle.

At 1:57 a.m., officers arrested a man on Mill Street for violation of probation.
At 2:03 a.m., police arrested a 22-year-old man on south bound Hwy 49 for drunken driving and booked him into the Nevada County jail.

At 2:52 p.m., a caller from Ponderosa Bridge at Squirrel Creek reported several motorcycles were on the bridge. Deputies contacted the drivers of 10 cars and 15 motorcycles. They said they would be packing up.
At 4:55 p.m., a caller from Combie Road reported two juveniles were panhandling. Deputies were unable to locate the juveniles.
At 5:33 p.m., a caller from Combie Road reported juveniles were throwing eggs at passing cars.
At 5:46 p.m., a security guard on the 15000 block of Orchard Springs Road reported people were getting out of control with security guards. Extra patrol was requested.
At 6:06 p.m., a caller from Vista Point Overlook on Highway 20 reported an elderly man with a long gray beard and a backpack could not walk anymore. Deputies were unable to locate the man.
At 9:02 p.m., a woman called from the 11000 block of Rocker Road to report her wallet was stolen. She said she knew who had her wallet and she would attempt to get it back herself. She would call back if she was unsuccessful.

At 6:27 a.m., a man called from the 10000 block of Boulder Street to ask a dispatcher whether or not he is on probation. A dispatcher told him he was on probation. Part of terms of the man's probation was no alcohol consumption. The man sounded like he had been drinking and he was making death threats to the dispatcher over the phone. A deputy contacted the man.
At 8:55 a.m., a caller from the 22000 block of Kingston Lane reported there would be a meeting with school officials this week to address a juvenile girl's accusations that her teacher made crude gestures.
At 10:25 a.m., a caller from the 19000 block of Chalk Bluff Road reported a generator was stolen. A deputy took a report for burglary.

At 3:32 p.m., a caller from the 700 block of Zion Street reported a woman just dumped a bag of clothing. An officer would attempt to notify the woman and tell her to pick up her clothes.
