Monday

&#149; At 8:42 a.m. a caller from the 300 block of Sierra College Drive reported a painting and sculpture stolen from the lobby Friday afternoon. A report was taken.

&#149; At 9:34 a.m. a caller from the 400 block of South Auburn Street reported vandalism to their store after 6 p.m. on Saturday. A window was broken but nothing appeared missing.

&#149; At 10:31 a.m. a caller from the 200 block of Cornwall Avenue reported three bicycles and a scooter in the bushes in a lot next to the residence. They were picked up and brought to the Police Department.

&#149; At 11:27 a.m. a man from the 200 block of Scotia Pines Circle reported that a pit bull from across the street came into his yard and acted like it was going to attack him. The owner of the pit bull threatened the man for complaining. The issue was transferred to animal control.

&#149; At 2:08 p.m. a woman from the 200 block of North Auburn Street reported a pit bull on a short chain lunging at her. Animal control was contacted.

&#149; At 4:23 p.m. a man from Townsend and Neal streets reported a continual problem with kids loitering outside his house between 2 and 4 a.m. He requested extra patrol during those hours.

&#149; At 5:41 p.m. a man from the 100 block of Mill Street reported that he had gotten a phone call from a woman telling him that her boyfriend's cell phone has videotape of one of his employees working. The man was advised to have his employees call the police for escorts to their vehicles if they felt unsafe.

&#149; At 7:11 p.m. a woman from the 300 block of Carol Street reported a stray cat acting strange and howling on her roof and in her yard. The information was given to animal control, which decided the cat was probably in heat.

Monday

&#149; At 11:15 a.m. a caller from the 15000 block of Thiel Way reported a smashed mailbox.

&#149; At 11:27 a.m. a man from the 14000 block of Deer Bed Creek reported his house had been broken into. There were no signs of forced entry but items from the safe and around the house were missing. A report was taken.

&#149; At 12:16 p.m. a caller from a confidential location reported that a man had possibly raped his daughter. The caller did not provide much information and a report was taken.

&#149; At 2:56 p.m a caller from the 14000 block of South Ponderosa Way reported the theft of a generator.

&#149; At 3:10 p.m. a caller from the 16000 block of Judas Court reported the illegal use of a Social Security number for telephone services costing more than $2,000. A report was taken.

&#149; At 4:31 p.m a man from the 12000 block of Creekview Drive reported his neighbor drove by his house, stopped his car, and took pictures of him using his sprinklers. The man requested a log report in reference to an ongoing property dispute.

&#149; At 5:08 p.m. a man from the 17000 block of Indian Springs Road reported that four people might be squatting on his property. A motorhome and various tarps had been set up. Police were called to take care of any other structures being set up.

&#149; At 9:17 p.m. a man from the 14000 block of Torrey Pines Drive reported his son outside the house screaming, threatening the family, and trying to come inside. The man would not let him in because the boy was out of control. Security came to the house.

&#149; At 10:07 p.m. a woman from the 10000 block of Robinson King Road reported hearing two gunshots outside. Her daughter heard someone walking around the trailer outside the house. Police checked the area and were unable to find anything.



Tuesday

&#149; At 1:05 a.m. a woman from the 11000 block of Rogue House Place reported a physical fight between her sister and her father, who forced himself into the house. The father left the scene driving a white Toyota Tacoma, wearing blue jeans, a yellow shirt, and a white baseball cap, and was suspected of being high on crystal meth. A countywide be on the lookout was issued for the man.

Monday

&#149; At 12:17 p.m. a caller from the 200 block of Gracie Road reported that a purse was taken from the vehicle. A report was taken.
