At 10:01 a.m., a bank employee on Sutton Way reported a customer had threatened, "You better not follow me out to the parking lot." Police were to follow up.
At 11:39 a.m., an incident between a white Chevrolet Nova and a red truck resulted in an ambulance requested for neck pain.
At 12:27 p.m., a caller from the 400 block of Clark Street reported a neighbor lets her dog out for hours daily and the dog barks continuously. Information was forwarded to Grass Valley Animal Control.
At 1:47 p.m., callers asked for a civil standby regarding an allegedly wrongful termination of their daughter's employment at a business on Main Street. An officer mediated the situation, and the owner said she is making no accusations against the two terminated employees regarding theft.
At 1:55 p.m., a caller from a store on the 100 block of Neal Street reported a man was refusing to leave and advising others to leave the store. An officer found the dispute was regarding a $5 credit.
At 3:25 p.m., a woman from the 200 block of Main Street reported her husband entered the business contrary to a restraining order and made threats before leaving.
At 3:42 p.m., a woman from the 1800 block of East Main Street reported an employee stole cash earlier in the week. An officer took a report.
At 6:06 p.m., a caller reported a car parked in front of a business on Freeman Lane in which one of the passengers was wearing women's undergarments. Police could not find the vehicle.
At 5:52 p.m., a woman from Olympia Park Road reported a vehicle had been towed at her business, and her employees had reported the vehicle's owner had been angry about it and had threatened them. She asked police to contact the vehicle's owner.
At 7:52 p.m., the manager of a business on the 100 block of Neal Street asked that cars be towed that were blocking a delivery truck. Celestial Towing removed a green Mercedes.
At 8:14 p.m., a caller from Ridge Road at Slate Creek Road reported a badly injured deer. Police could not find the animal, and forwarded information to Animal Control.
At 9:31 p.m., a caller from the 100 block of Ophir Street reported a 22-year-old woman had broken the windows of the house and fled to a blue Dodge pickup belonging to a man. Police located the man at Richardson and North School streets and took a statement. The woman was found at the corner of South Auburn and Neal streets, was arrested and booked into Wayne Brown Correctional Facility on suspicion of vandalism, various drug-related charges and on a local warrant.

At 12:17 a.m., a caller from a bar on Mill Street reported a fight, and one of the men was knocked out on the ground and bleeding. Police arrested two 30-year-old men, who were booked into Nevada County jail on suspicion of battery.
At 1:40 a.m., a taxi driver on Idaho-Maryland Road near Brunswick reported a client who would not pay.
At 3:37 a.m., officers cited and released three youths, who earlier had fled on foot, on the 100 block of East Berryhill Drive on drug, alcohol and curfew violations.
At 8:16 a.m., a caller from the 100 block of Olympia Park Drive reported balloons tangled in the power lines.
At 8:37 a.m., a caller from the 500 block of Richardson Street reported vandalism to a vehicle.
At 9:41 a.m., an officer reported he had returned a candy cane and some lights that were taken from the 100 block of Eureka Street.
At 2:34 p.m., a woman fired from a Main Street business asked to speak to an officer regarding harassment.
At 6:47 p.m., a caller from North Church Street reported someone had jumped on the roof of a car, causing damage.
At 8:48 p.m., a caller from the 100 block of Conoway Avenue reported the theft of a 4-foot gumdrop man and 6-foot snowman, and asked for extra patrols.
Sunday
At 1:55 a.m., police arrested an 18-year-old man on Idaho-Maryland Road at East Main Street; he was booked into county jail on suspicion of drunken driving.
At 2:15 a.m., police arrested a 25-year-old man at southbound Golden Center Freeway at the Bennett Street overpass. He was booked into jail on suspicion of drunken driving.
At 3:48 a.m., police arrested a 19-year-old man at East Main Street near Idaho-Maryland Road. He was booked into jail on suspicion of carrying a loaded firearm, a drug violation and on local warrants.
At 7:42 a.m., a woman from the 700 block of South Auburn Street reported a neighbor was poisoning her dogs. A officer found there was no poisoning.
At 8:09 a.m., a caller from the 500 block of Jenkins Drive reported a violation of court-ordered child visitation. When police contacted the parties, a man said he did not have his son for a full four hours.
At 8:18 a.m., a man from the 200 block of Scotia Pines Circle reported a neighbor's dogs had been in his yard again, asked that information be sent to Animal Control and for extra patrols.
