Candace Brown of St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, and Thomas Flocks of Nevada City were united in marriage Nov. 22 in a double-ring ceremony at the Rio Hotel wedding chapel in Las Vegas, Nev.

The bride is the daughter of Robert Brown of Toronto and the late Cindy Brown. She earned a master's degree from Brock University and is employed as an advanced technical services representative for Nucom Inc.

The groom is the son of the late Milton and Jean Flocks of Nevada City.

The bride wore a full-length Vera Wang gown, and carried a bouquet of pink roses.

The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe.

They will reopen Bells Bed and Breakfast this spring in Bethlehem, New Hampshire.
