Candace Brown and Thomas Flocks
Candace Brown of St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, and Thomas Flocks of Nevada City were united in marriage Nov. 22 in a double-ring ceremony at the Rio Hotel wedding chapel in Las Vegas, Nev.
The bride is the daughter of Robert Brown of Toronto and the late Cindy Brown. She earned a master's degree from Brock University and is employed as an advanced technical services representative for Nucom Inc.
