Friday

• A 1:45 p.m. caller from Harmony Ridge Road reported the fraudulent use of her bank card.

• A 3:40 p.m. caller from the 11600 block of Ragan Way heard a person yelling profanities loudly and saying "The Taliban will come and get you," at no one in particular.

• An 8:40 p.m. caller from the 12600 block of Magnolia Road said her son had punched her in the chest and was kicking items in the living room.

• A 10:08 p.m. caller from Lake of the Pines said someone was putting plastic bottles filled with ammonia and another substance around the area and causing explosions. Several have been found in the area in recent weeks.



Saturday

• A 10:15 a.m. caller from the 10900 block of Castaway Court said someone stole his medical marijuana plants out of his greenhouse.

• A 10:27 a.m. caller from the 11800 block of Mooney Flat Road reported someone stole his medical marijuana plants overnight. The caller said two people were now walking around his property in camouflage clothing probably back to pick up the plants they had stashed somewhere.



Sunday

• A 1:21 a.m. caller, a disabled woman from the 15000 block of Rattlesnake Road needed a deputy's assistance getting a bat out of her home.

• At 4:36 a.m., a 22-year-old Grass Valley man was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility for vehicle theft. Bail was set at $10,000.

Saturday

• A 5:39 p.m. caller from the 300 block of Alexander Street involved in an out-of-control fight cut herself with a knife and was transported to Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital for treatment.



Grass Valley

Police Department

Friday

• A 10:04 p.m. caller said they were driving on Old Tunnel Road when a vehicle passed them and forced their vehicle off the road. When the caller drove up behind the other vehicle at a stop sign, the other driver tried to back his vehicle into theirs.



Saturday

• At 12:17 a.m. a caller from a Brunswick Basin fast food restaurant reported a young man walked in wearing only boxer shorts.

• A 7:13 a.m. caller from a business in the 100 block of McKnight Way reported all its windows had been broken out.

• A 2:33 p.m. caller reported juveniles riding on top of a vehicle on South Auburn Street downtown.



Sunday

• An 8:05 a.m. caller from the 100 block of Primrose Lane reported a cement deer on the property was moved and broken.
