Forest Springs

Oct. 1: Travel Club Meeting, 2 p.m., Forest Springs Mobilehome Park Clubhouse. Collette rep will talk about upcoming trips.

Oct. 8: "Beach Blanket Babylon," lunch included. Two tickets available.

Dec. 6: "Hello Dolly," Sierra Repertory Theater, lunch included.

Jan. 20-27: Hawaiian Island Cruise. Book now for best cabin. Manny and Anne will escort this all Hawaii, no foreign port, two overnight stay, free style cruising on NCL Pride of America.

March 22-29: Discover the French Riviera. Unpack once. Deposit due by Oct. 22 to guarantee your space on this tour.

Nevada County

Oct. 8: "Fleet Week." Two spots left. Includes round-trip bus transportation to San Francisco to enjoy a three hour cruise on the bay, with an included delicious buffet luncheon, a great viewing of the Navy's legendary "Blue Angels" as they fly over our yacht, and bus driver gratuity.

Oct. 31: "Annual Halloween Mystery Trip." Don't miss this great one-day mystery that is "historical, hysterical, and educational." Includes a great luncheon venue and lots of fun. Feb. 5-12: "Barging Through America"--a great way to see and enjoy our country's rivers and scenery that you would not see any other way. All-inclusive for accommodations, food, entertainment, shore excursions. Airfare is extra. Follow the routing of the infamous gentleman pirate, Jean Lafitte, who plied the waters of the Intracoastal Waterway during the 1700's and 1800's. This cruise begins in Port Isabel, Texas and ends in Galveston.

Feb. 12-18: "Barging Through America"--Same theme as above, but the routing is from Galveston to New Orleans. An extra discount of 10 percent is given if you take these two cruises back-to-back.

April 23: "Canyonlands." Come and enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery America offers. This trip has been especially designed for our group and includes two nights at the South rim of the Grand Canyon, luncheon at the El Tovar, the IMAX theater at the canyon, exploring Bryce and Zion National Parks, with a two night stay within Zion Park, two nights at Lake Powell and a cruise on the lake, Monument Valley, and Las Vegas.

June 8: "Mackinac Island," Lilac Festival Time. Begins in Chicago and ends in Southfield, Mich. Includes a two-night stay at the incomparable "Grand Hotel" on Mackinac Island, as well as sightseeing in Chicago, Green Bay and Door County, Wisconsin, Frankenmuth and Southfield, Mich.
