The theme of Nevada County Concert Band's final Pioneer Park Picnic Pops concert Sunday is "Magic, Fantasy, and Dreams." On the schedule is "Harry Potter's Wondrous World," Fiona's fantasy in the ever popular movie "Shrek," and Don Quixote in "Man of LaMancha," dreaming the impossible dream.
