Tuesday

• At 2:51 p.m., a caller from the 1800 block of Nevada City Highway reported a man had made threats to his neighbors and threatened to burn down his own house. An officer made contact and was unable to locate the man. No one was home.

• At 4:24 p.m., a caller from the 200 block of Biggs Avenue reported the spare tire was stolen off his vehicle, which had been parked in front of the residence. Police took a report for petty theft.

• At 4:40 p.m., a person who lives on the 1000 block of Whispering Pines came into the police station lobby to report an assault.

• At 5:41 p.m., a caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported several juveniles were trying to set fire to the bushes along the roadway by a grocery store.

• At 7:12 p.m., a caller from a liquor store on the 1000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a man tried to pass a phony $20 bill. A second caller from a fast-food restaurant on the 10000 block of Olympia Park Road reported he received a fake $20 bill. An officer was advised.

• At 9:40 p.m., a caller from the 200 block of Doris Drive reported a hit-and-run. A 40-year-old man with a local warrant out for his arrest was possibly driving while drunk and struck the caller's white Chevrolet Silverado. Police took a report for a hit-and-run.

• At 10:36 p.m., police arrested a 52-year-old man for drunken driving.

Tuesday

• At 10:12 a.m., a woman called to report she was threatened on the 11000 block of McCourtney Road by a man with a concealed weapon. Police took a report.

• At 3:55 p.m., a caller from the 10000 block of Combie Road reported a man was causing a disturbance, running into the front of the building and hitting his head.

• At 7:14 p.m., a man called from the 16000 block of Annie Drive to report that he found animal feces and a note in his mailbox. The man also stated the incident was part of an ongoing issue with animal feces. He said he put animal feces in a bag and tied it around a dog's neck. The dog's owner put the feces in the caller's mailbox.

• At 7:40 p.m., a caller from the 18000 block of Penn Valley Drive reported a female's limp body was being carried by three guys. The fire department responded. It was kids playing.

• At 9:12 p.m., a caller from the 14000 block of Mooney Flat Road reported illegal campers. A deputy made contact with people having dinner in their motor home to have time away from their children.

• At 11:31 p.m., a caller from the 19000 block of Larsen Road reported juveniles tried to steal a paddle boat. Deputies cited the juveniles for a curfew violation.



Wednesday

• At 10:28 a.m., a caller from the 11000 block of McCourtney Road reported traffic cones were stolen. Deputies took a report.
