Thursday

• At 3:26 p.m., a caller from a motel on the 1200 block of East Main Street reported someone threw two pieces of wood over a deck from a radio station and cracked the roof. An agreement was reached by the radio station and the motel.

• At 3:58 p.m., a caller from the 900 block of Idaho-Maryland Road reported a woman in a power chair and a young boy were blocking the roadway while they were eating blackberries. Cars were having to brake because they were located so close to the roadway.

• At 5:09 p.m., a caller from a grocery store on McKnight Way reported shoplifting. Police made contact with a 44-year-old woman and arrested her for being drunk in public.

• At 5:50 p.m., a caller from Richardson Street reported an old green Chevrolet truck was missing its gas cap and gas was pouring onto the street.

• At 6:19 p.m., a man called from East Main at Murphy Street to report his daughter was acting erratically and may have been under the influence of unknown drugs. Police made contact with the 19-year-old woman and arrested her for violation of probation.

• At 9:18 p.m., a 911 caller from the 200 block of Mill Street advised a man was yelling "fire" and smoke was possibly coming from a business. Police and the fire department made contact, and there was no fire. The man had been yelling "liar" to a woman.

• At 11:36 p.m., police checked bars on North Auburn and West Main Street and arrested a 46-year-old man for violation of probation.



Friday

• At 12:05 a.m., a traffic stop on North Auburn Street at West Main Street resulted in the arrest of a 19-year-old man for drunken driving and a 29-year-old man for being drunk in public.

• At 7:19 a.m., a caller from a church on the 400 block of South Church Street reported a window to the office was broken. Police took a report for vandalism and burglary.

Thursday

• At 2:36 p.m., a caller from a church on the 11000 block of Spenceville Road reported someone destroyed $1,400 worth of sodium lights last Friday night or Saturday morning. The caller did not wish for a report to be taken.

• At 2:57 p.m., a caller from Englebright Lake reported a jet ski accident. A man with a bruised rib was taken to Skipper's Cove Marina by witnesses. A deputy took a report.

• At 4:19 p.m., a woman called to report her ex-husband had been giving her 16-year-old son marijuana at an unknown address in North San Juan. A deputy was advised.

• At 5:31 p.m., a man called to report four juveniles living in the area told him their parents left them there for two weeks. The juveniles were not in a house and they were squatting. They had repeatedly asked for food, gas and water. A deputy responded and cited a 36-year-old man for a warrant out of San Benito County.

• At 9:10 p.m., a 911 caller from the 11000 block of Horton Road reported when he returned home, three men in their 20s exited the residence and left in a red Ford four-door with an orange/yellow fender. A steel blue .44-caliber revolver with wood grips was taken. A deputy wrote a report for a residential burglary.

• At 11:41 p.m., a caller from Sycamore Court reported a large juvenile party with a keg. A security guard reported the party broke up but the juveniles scattered and moved over to Bear River High School where they were swimming in the pool. Parents arrived and picked up the juveniles.



Friday

• At 10:26 a.m., a caller from the court inmate holding area advised that a restraining order was issued, good for one year. On the way out of court, the restrained person made a kissing gesture and sound at the victim. On instruction from the judge, no action was taken.
