At 10:11 a.m., a man from the Scotia Pines area reported youths shot numerous plastic pellets at his garage.
At 4:20 p.m., police arrested a 21-year-old man on the 200 block of Colfax Avenue on a local warrant for theft.
At 5:28 p.m., a caller reported people at the corner of Sutton Way and Idaho-Maryland Road were selling strawberries without a peddler's license.
At 8:47 p.m., after receiving a call that people were loitering behind the Grass Valley Public Library, police arrested two men on suspicion of public drunkenness.
