Patsy Ford Davison and Dr. Daniel J. Bibelheimer, both of Nevada City, were married on Dec. 18, 2005, in a small ceremony witnessed by family members and a few friends. The ceremony was performed by (Ret.) Judge Greg Caskey, a childhood friend of the bride.

The maid of honor was Jill Schiffner Young, friend of the bride, and the best man was J. Wayne Bibelheimer, the groom's brother. The bride was escorted by her brother, Stan Ford.

The wedding celebration took place in the East Ballroom of the Victorian Sterling Hotel in Sacramento. Classical music for the occasion was provided by Cheryl Bibelheimer, sister-in-law of the groom.

Both bride and groom have lived in this community for more than 30 years. Patsy is currently teaching at Grass Valley Charter School. Dan recently retired after 31 years in his medical practice in Grass Valley and is now medical director for an organization that administers the HMO plan for local patients.

The couple lives in Nevada City.
