Carolyn Marie Cozad of Rough and Ready and Travis Lee George of Grass Valley were married Nov. 19, 2005, at St. Canice Catholic Church in Nevada City. The ceremony was conducted by the Rev. Tim Nondorf. Approximately 100 guests attended the ceremony and reception at Seaman's Lodge in Nevada City.

The bride is the daughter of William and Marilyn Cozad of Rough and Ready. She is a graduate of Nevada Union High School.

The bridegroom is the son of April Stock of Grass Valley and Ronald George of Washington. He is also a graduate of Nevada Union High School and works for ServiceMaster of the Foothills.

The bride wore an ivory-colored gown with beading and embroidery, a cathedral-length train and fingertip veil. She carried a bouquet of ivory and burgundy hydrangeas and red roses, arranged by her sister, Katie. The bride's grandmother's pearl necklace and earrings completed the ensemble.

The maid of honor was Elaine Cozad.

The bridesmaid was Katie Cozad, and the junior bridesmaid was Mary Elizabeth Cozad.

The flower girl was the bride's cousin, Lilly Davis, age 3.

The ring bearer was the bride's son, Benjamin Cozad.

The best man was Rick George.

The groomsman was Cody George.

The wedding cake was provided by A Dainty Pastry Shop in Roseville.

The photographer was Michael Dean of Imperious Photography.

Special guests included the groom's grandparents, Kathy and Jim George, and the bride's brothers, John and Jason Cozad.

The couple lives in Penn Valley.
