Amanda M. Rodgers and Glen P. Foley, both of Grass Valley, were married Dec. 18 at the Wayside Chapel in Rough and Ready. The ceremony was conducted by George Rath.
Eighteen guests attended the ceremony in Rough and Ready and dinner at Villa Venezia.
The bride, a Nevada Union High School graduate, is the daughter of Vimala Rodgers of Nevada City and Mel Rodgers of Las Vegas. She is an afternoon radio host and is employed by KNCO and Star 94.1.
The groom is the son of Fred and Denise Osowick of Browns Valley. He is a graduate of California State University at Chico with a degree in communications. He is employed at Star 94.1/KUBA.
The bride wore a gown from David's Bridal, with a veil of fresh flowers, and carried a bouquet of calla lilies and purple stock.
The maid of honor was the bride's sister, Sara Rodgers-John.
The flower girl was the bride's daughter, Madison Rodgers, age 5, of Grass Valley.
The best man was Fred Osowick of Browns Valley.
The photographer was JoAnne Caughy from Put it on Paper.
The wedding cake was a wheatless cheesecake from Sweet Endeavors.
The couple plans a reception in August for friends and family.
They live in Grass Valley.
