Fighting drug addiction

I would like to thank all the wonderful people who responded to Dixie Redfearn's plea for help on behalf of the Recovery Alumni Association (Reader's Corner, 11/15). When asked to put their money where their good intentions are, the people in this county don’t flinch. Even in these uncertain times, they stepped up to the plate and delivered. God bless each and every one of you who made a donation. The money will be used to help people who are really fighting hard to overcome their addiction. Thank all of you for being part of the solution.
