Meeting

Tomorrow a bunch of "movers and shakers" from The Union (apparently I'm included in that group) will be meeting for four or five hours to map out a plan for the next year.

The focus is going to include growing younger readers and taking full advantage of the internet.

I'm bringing various opinions and comments from the web site - I figure that if you guys can take the time to write, it's important enough to share with the rest of the team.

So fair warning: The site may look a little unkempt early in the day and the comments may hang for a little longer than usual, but we'll be back to speed on Friday.
