<B>Tuesday</B>
At 4:03 p.m., a person reported being filmed near the corner of Mill and Neal streets by a man in his 30s with curly brown hair and driving a tan pickup truck. The man then had looked embarrassed and had hidden the camera. Police could not find the man.
At 4:49 p.m., an officer with Nevada County Animal Control responded to repeated complaints of barking dogs on the 100 block of Harris Street and told the owner that if an officer responds to future complaints, the animals will be taken away.
At 5:26 p.m., a caller from the 300 block of Sutton Way reported that a neighbor was making frequent threats.
At 8:36 p.m., a man from the 100 block of Carpenter Street reported that three of his cars had been vandalized in front of his house.
At 8:49 p.m., a man from the 200 block of Washington Street reported that his window had just been broken.
<B>Wednesday</B>
At 8:09 a.m., a caller reported seeing an 8- or 9-year-old boy looking through the mailboxes in the area of East Main Street and Hughes Road.
At 10:41 a.m., an 18-year-old woman who was being treated at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital for injuries from an assault declined to file a police report.
At 1:52 p.m., a caller from the 100 block of Empire Street asked for extra patrols due to speeders in the area.

<B>Tuesday</B>
At 4:15 p.m., a woman from the 22000 block of Hyatt Road reported that her granddaughter had been missing for 15 minutes and was not answering to her name when called outside. During the call, the woman found the child asleep on a bed.
At 7:24 p.m., a caller reported an argument in which a man was threatening to rape his wife and kill the caller. Deputies arrested a man and booked him into Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
At 7:35 p.m., a caller from Burke Road reported a loud train horn in the area that was scaring the horses.
At 8:01 p.m., a caller from the area of Ragan Way and Ball Road reported seeing a van with children inside screaming and the parents yelling at the children to be quiet. The caller found this to be strange.
At 9:14 p.m., a caller from Bitney Springs Road reported nearly hitting a juvenile who was part of a group of three young people standing in the road. The caller reported seeing one youngster who was dressed all in black and with what appeared to be a toy gun. Deputies determined the three were members of a church group.
<B>Wednesday</B>
At 8:47 a.m., a caller from the 13800 block of Gemini Court asked for extra patrols due to people partying on the caller's property without permission and leaving bottles and garbage.
At 11:01 a.m., a caller from the 18600 block of Alexandra Way reported receiving a possible scam letter by e-mail that said he had won a lottery in Spain and to send 500 Euros to claim his prize.
