Indian Springs Vineyards of Penn Valley was back in U.S. Bankruptcy Court today, when lawyers for both sides asked a judge to delay hearings on several motions related to the Chapter 11 proceedings.
In the biggest issue currently before the court, Judge Christopher M. Klein scheduled a Feb. 8 hearing to consider a motion to appoint a trustee or examiner to oversee the winery’s operations, or to force it into liquidation.
