Billy Jay Waring of Grass Valley passed away Jan. 16, 2012. He was 54.
Billy was born Oct. 29, 1957, to Duane and Shirley Waring. He was employed at Riebe's.
He is survived by his father, Duane Waring of Melbourne, Fla.; sisters, Tami Freeman of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and Cindy Waring of Woodland, Calif.; and daughter, Mi Graves of Orlando, Fla.
Billy is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Waring.
Arrangements are in the care of Chapel of the Angels Mortuary in Grass Valley.
