I'm writing today to express my sincere gratitude to the brave women and men from our outstanding local fire departments while fighting the blaze that destroyed my business on Mill Street.

Without their excellent equipment and training, the disaster could have been much worse. They responded quickly and worked professionally for several hours. The investigation team was thorough and very sympathetic for my loss.

I am forever grateful to them for saving our downtown. We are fortunate to have such an excellent team in our community.
