3:23 p.m. - A man flagged down officers on Taylorville Road while lying on the ground. He chased an injured cat down a manhole and got stuck, but caught the feline. He was extricated without injury.
3:59 p.m. - A woman called from the 300 block of Second Street to report her neighbor's 4-year-old continues to urinate on her clothing as it dries outside.
